Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6) Jesus For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. God sent His Son, Jesus, to save each and everyone of us. Jesus came to die. God, in His grace, loved us and sent the Lamb to cover our sins with His holy blood. If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanseth us from all sin. 1 John 1:7 Why would God care for us? How can God care for a people who turn away from His Word, and His love? He has always loved you, and wants you to walk with Him. Sin is what keeps us apart from God, but there is a Way, a Truth, and a Life, Jesus. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful, and just, to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us. 1 John 1:8-10 Jesus walked to the hill where he was nailed to the cross for your sins. A hard walk indeed! Too weak to carry His own cross, because before hand He was beaten and His body torn apart from each and every blow. For He shall grow up before Him as a Tender Plant, and as a Root out of a dry ground: He hath no form or comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not. Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But, He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not his mouth: He is brought as a Lamb to the slaughter, and as a Sheep before his shearers is dumb, so He openeth not His mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? For He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was He stricken. And He made His grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief: when thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His Seed, He shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand. He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied: by His knowledge shall My righteous Servant justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out His soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. Isaiah 1:2-12 Isaiah foretold many years before of God's love, and grace, and of His Son's death for our sins. As His blood ran down the cross that day, each drop cleaning the world's sin, His heart full of love, He said, "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." The holy blood of God running in a pool upon the very ground that He made, He cried out, "It is finished." Good News! He is alive! He beat death! Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. Then the same day, at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. And when He had so said, He shewed unto them His hands and His side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. Then, said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: Better News! He is coming back for His people! Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every Man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the City. I, Jesus, have sent Mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the Root, and the Offspring of David. The Bright and Morning Star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let Him that heareth say, Come. And let Him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of Life freely. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
